Classes for Seniors

Classes for Seniors is an activity jointly sponsored by the Aspley Parish of the Uniting Church in Australia, the Parish of Our Lady and St Dympna and the Anglican Parish of Aspley-Albany Creek.  The purpose of the Classes for Seniors is to provide opportunities for informal learning in a wide range of subjects for citizens aged fifty years and Over.
 
Classes in Art, Music, Computers, Games, Needlework and Foreign Languages are held in seven-week terms, most with three terms yearly, some with four terms.

A Thursday Lecture Series with guests speaking on appropriate topics, is conducted each week.  The majority of the classes operate out of the Aspley Uniting Church and the Anglican Church where the Languages are taught.
